Limited Warranty

KSouth&Co provides one year of warranty again damage due to fabrication defects. This includes all pieces, custom and non-custom. KSouth&Co has the right to inspect the piece to see if it was mistreated in any way, including exposure to harmful substances. If your item falls within the warranty specifications, it will be replaced at no cost at all (Only due to fabrication Defects). If your item does not fall within the warranty specifications, I offer services at a reasonable rate. I am not responsible for items lost or stolen. Before shipping, contact me to talk about the details. This warranty does not include coverage for cracked/missing stones, or chains. I can replace or repair stones and chains at a reasonable rate.
